In December 2005 Tupperware Corporation changed its name to Tupperware Brands Corporation to reflect the company’s increasing product diversity following the purchase of Dallas- based BeautiControl in 2000 and the 2005 acquisition of the Sara Lee Corporation’s direct selling business.
